Online Tournament Registration

We have upgraded the website so that team managers can now sign up for all tournaments online. Here are the steps.
- Log-in as a manager of a team.
- Go to tournament calendar page.
- Click tournament you want to play to go to that tournament's page.
- In the top panel, you'll see a button to click to sign up.
Bob & Al will see all teams that sign up inside their admin area of the website. They can then mark your team as paid when they receive payment.
